The
picture above shows a homeless person standing by the post on Chaguanas Main Road
. Homelessness is a common issue which prohibits the development of the urban
areas. The picture is associated with homelessness in the area of Chaguanas
Trinidad.
In the reading of The
Ordinary City, Amin and Stephen Graham, there is no real urban equity or unity
here, only the totalization of one particular urban rhetoric (Beauregard 1996).
Urban cities have its divisions of social classes of people as status that
people acquired are based on their class. For example in the core of the city
it is centralized and developed having buildings where work places are
associated and job opportunities are rampant. However within the skirts of the
cites homeless people live.
